Pros/Cons
Pros
- Our experience has been excellent with great customer support and immediate response from the technical team. We're almost through our first round of assessments and the information has been good.
- Easy of use, good layout/interface, quality reporting, intuitive design, excellent way to follow up with franchisees.
- I am excited to start using it seems like a great tool and my staff is really excited to start using it as well.
Cons
- There's no flash option that I've seen on the in-app camera, and when you "add comment", there's no option to link in one from your device, it just gives the in-app option to take it right then.
- It’s repetitive and some of the smaller features are weird but it’s done.
- When editing the audit, everything is done line by line, one at a time. There is no function to make mass changes and saves quickly.
Pros
- They listen to any suggestions to improve the program, plus the customer service is responsive and knowledgeable. It has been a great experience working with Realtrac and the support team.
- It has also changed how we manage our inventory by consolidating our warehouse. Realtrac has proven to be an effective tool and everyone in the office enjoys its ease of use.
- The likes, In short, the ability to build and track multi level BOM's while having Shop management, inventory visibility and scheduling features. These have long been the desirable features.
Cons
- However it starts every Saturday and Sunday as well.adding to peoples hours who are not working, which in turn make trying to find the cost of manufacturing useless.
- Inventory is a huge pain, hard to always see if it is accurate. Estimate feature needs a lot of work.
- Inventory system lacks a lot. Job set up is confusing.
