Sometimes the map doesn't work properly. You zoom in and it can't keep up with the change , so the map gets distorted.

The system is really easy to use and the price is excellent compared to others on the market.

There is probably better systems out there now but we are comfortable with this system for now.

Set up was quite difficult, and the on boarding team were quite hard to contact, and responses from them with site development were quite slow.

The best thing about the system is it being so easy to use and all of the automatic customer updates are the a fantastic addition.

Vehicle trackers are slow and a bit clunky. Not as easy to modify as your told and then everything is charged extra for changes.

Bigchange not only allowed us to increase efficiency and expand our operation rapidly, it also allowed us to do this in our own way with the customisation available within the system.

Happy overall but we still are having so many issues with usability and how it was initially set up.

Relative to integrations of other business changing software, the process with BigChange was wonderful.

The option to speak to CS using the Road Crew number - the speed in which your query is answered is amazing, no waiting for issues to be resolved.

Its very hard to pick something we like the most about Big Change as we like the whole thing. We basically think everything is great and it works extremely well.

Subcontractors are not handled at all in bigchange, you have to have work arounds to allow the use of subcontractors even then its messy and poor.

The integration with our bespoke management software was relatively easy and any subsequent tweaks have been easy to manage.

Excellent customer service, which I know is vital in a software company. I really, really like the new university training platform as you can never know enough.

Really happy with the functions available on big change, albeit i would highly recommend training and/or the recent webinar's to fully understand the processes and what you can do with Bigchange.

Overall it has been positive. At this point, it is being used to build customer history for each visit.

The data that you get out of it is fantastic. I also love the integration to Quickbooks which makes it even easier to manage the business.

This is the best app I have tested for my business a big hard to understand at first but it is great to utilize if you have a great booming business.

Easy to use, can track customer information, jobs, repeating jobs, and estimates.

I like the fact the service fusion integrates well with the mobile app allowing me to make changes on my phone as well and my computer.

The system itself has already met my expectations and then some. As I'm learning more about the capabilities of the program I'm even more excited to continue using it.

First off the best customer support you can get. Its easy to use, SF is always looking for upgrades and making it more functional for their customers.

With Service Fusion I found a great mix of everything I needed. It is easy to use, and any issues I run into are quickly solved with their awesome customer service.

We had gone through two programs that were not providing us with the Quickbooks relationship we needed as well as the ease of use and service dispatching.

I can’t tell it to ignore that and place an order for another one for my truck. So I’ve now messed with another techs inventory and he doesn’t even know.

Please be aware that our experience with their customer support has been terrible. The program is buggy and Developers are slow to fix problems.
