We spent months discussing our issues with customer service, and it was very hit or miss. I understand this is a smaller, "niche market" company, and it is on the cheaper side, but the lack of functioning integration with online bookings and inter-department operations has caused us to move on. Very easy to train new employees on though, and the "room view" portion is handy for our maintenance and housekeeping forecast.
