It would make a one stop location to have all the information in one place compared to opening up other tabs to trying to locate your balances.

My experience with Costpoint has been a very positive experience. The customer support is always very efficient and helpful with any bump in the road I have ever encountered.

Reporting Feature a little difficult for me to manage.

I have to back out 30 PR's right now but wanted to say how absolutely awful this software is.

It has been interesting to use Costpoint as an MRP system in our business, with the learning curve we are slowly adjusting, but enjoying the software.

Easy of use and love the ability to copy into excel. So much easier now than in the old  CP versions.

Deltek has a very good customer support, they are excellent in providing for defense organizations needs. Their consultants are very knowledgeable and well trained.

And then there's the Expense module in costpoint, oh my. I have no idea what I'm looking at sometimes.

I like the display for the calendar, it is easy to add a new line for additional hours billed and keep track all hours. I also think it is easy to navigate the branching time charge.

Easy to track your hours worked and if they were approved or not. Also the feature of used/unused leave balance is really helpful.

Click on random looking glass icon or square faded blue icons and search, leave codes -- search through layered menus and then figure out what to add.

Lack of direct integration of Time & Expense. Very expensive Deltek consulting, with a one-day (8-hour minimum charge).

My review is from an administration standpoint. When I first started supporting this software, the support from Deltek was less than amazing.

The onboarding process was super simple, 3 sessions of 30-45 minutes each. This onboarding was the easiest I have ever been involved with.

DebtBook is also great about checking in with me to see if things are working well or if there are things I want changed on our account. I wish every product I used was this easy and helpful.

We have experienced time savings with DebtBook. We no longer have to maintain multiple spreadsheets to track our debt and the debt of our 15 water and sewer districts.

Customer support, ease of use, ease of uploading documents and debt information. Product is staying current with GASB87 lease information as well.

The software is very easy to navigate, it does save time as we were working in excel spreadsheets. The folks at DebtBook are very receptive and update the information very quickly.

We believe in the tools and software that DebtBook has, the value is there for the City. We felt that it was certainly worth the cost.

I know that a full five star review is generally suspect, but DebtBook deserves it in my opinion. Right out of the box it simplifies the process of managing monthly debt payments.
