Schoolcues is very user friendly, and is a great way to communicate with our school community.

They are constantly updating the program which is great. If there is an issue, they are quick to respond and very helpful with resolving issues.

Sometimes some processes are not as intuitive as they could be. I am also missing the possibility of posting photos for parents through the app... but I know it's on its way.

The software is very easy to use and navigate and provides a very comprehensive platform for our school. The tutorials are super easy to navigate and provides continuous support.

The program itself is easy to set up and navigate. They are always making improvements to the system and communicate those changes frequently.

In over a year, this software has made incredible strides. At the rate it has changed, it will be one of the best in the business for the cost of one of the least.

SchoolCues has an amazing support team that can answer all questions or concerns. They are quick to respond and offer great trainings for admin and staff.

Instead of the attendance being marked Present already, the dropdown should be set on  Select. It has been confusing for the persons taking attendance.

The communication component is very good. Best of all the company provides great customer service.

Our district likes the seemless integration with student management and teacher gradebook functionality. We have been using this software since 2008 and has meet or exceeded our needs as a district.

The ease of integration with the other school in the district. The tab format in the single student window puts all information at a glance.

When I questioned the response and their decisions, I no longer received return messages. This program has potential but needs a lot of work.

When an assignment is updated (with a grade either manually or thru Google Classroom) the missing tag has to be manually removed.

The company has been amazing to work with. They helped us customize our report cards and gradebook to fit our exact needs.

The product is easy to use, and it is very user friendly. Teachers are able to easily enter assignments and grades in addition to attendance.

I like how easy it is to use, very similar to some larger companies but at a fraction of the cost.

Limited capability to include staff members on emails on less they have a grade book. No need to purchase a grade book for priest and janitor.

Setting up for the year is always difficult for me.

Overall, customer service is excellent and responsive to the needs of the customer. Training videos are included for all of the components of the program.

Their customer service has been wonderful. Our report card/gradebook process has greatly been simplified.
