We can customize its appearance, forms, and workflows, making the entire grant management process well suited to the needs of a small NGO like ours. When we first started using it, setting everything up was incredibly easy, thanks to the daily self-implementation tips that guided us through the different features. The platform gives us the flexibility to manage the entire process in-house, without needing dedicated IT resources. Submittable also offers excellent reporting features, allowing us to generate the reports we need for our board and funders. #### Cons Nothing significant comes to mind. It creates a nice package to house each submission. Submittable has improved and updated - and does so constantly! it's great to have to keep up to incorporate all the new features. Also customer service and the team have been so great. As a grant administrator, grant management system Submittable has created is very intuitive and enables my organization to manage a much larger volume of grant applications. Our advisory board and grantees have also praised how straightforward and simple the platform is to navigate. The ability to customize the workflow system in specific projects to accomodate a multi-stage review process for our grant program has been essential to the overall positive experience of using the Submittable platform. #### Cons There are a few reccuring issues that applicants have mentioned to me in the past. 1. The limited ability for me to customize submission buttons, whether that's for applying, or submitting an application, remains an issue that has caused confusion for a number of applicants in past grant cycles. 2. The coding on the tables remain limited and cause calculation issues when applicants add $ signs or commas between their numbers. No incentive was offered From the day we discovered Submittable, to the trial, and then my one-on-ones with Karin, it's been a dream come true! I wish Karin was in the same town so I could take her to lunch and hug her neck - several times! She explained how everything worked, and she listened to my needs and wants, and made everything flow like a dream. The process I was using before Submittable was a nightmare, and working with Karin made the entire process flawless! #### Cons Only set back is that I cannot have my payment forms set up within Submittable to issue payments and keep track within the Submittable program.
