No incentive was offered Horrible in support - do not recommend for websites as they do not address the questions asked. My issue is with having to redo all the pages in my website to reduce the font size - a pain. But key is not being able to adjust the image sizes - I have requested help with this - as well as a method to globally adjust the sizing of the fonts - to no avail in help or direction. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 2/5 - Value for money: 1/5 - Customer support: 1/5 - Functionality: 2/5 #### Pros I like Brand Crowd for logos and business cards - this is what they do best but their login after you set it up is very confusing. #### Cons Website builder is the worst. You cannot preview what you are building - need to publish first. This means you need to pay first and the see the mess the app makes. The font displays do not render the same (extremely large) and there is no control for the picture sizes that you use for images and again they are gigantic. The support from the team is horrible and feel stuck as I cannot get my money back. Its straightforward yet allows great customization within, has good amount of fonts and colors. They did nothing to correct the issue. There is no phone number or live chat available. They did not say who they sold it to or how much it was sold for. It has an Australian address, which makes customer service even more unreachable. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! I created a design I liked and started showing my board members and getting feedback and making edits. While I was doing this they sent me an email stating I had seven days to purchase their subscription. Before the seven days was up I tried to purchase and they said it was no longer available and they sold it (without my permission). I received no compensation for this sale. Customer service is terrible. They only have email and they don’t respond right away. Customer service could only say sorry but it’s no longer available. They stole my idea and I am furious!! I thought I'd try their service, then meet with my business partners to settle on a logo design after the fact. After they had my money however I was locked into one logo. The reviews on google are all made by the same person. I signed up for an annual subscription that was supposed to allow for unlimited edits to my logo design. The logo image cannot be edited at all however.
