  • Pros

  • Overall Canva is a nice solution if you are a non-designer like me. It's the capability to give outputs in different forms like PDF and SVG apart from PNG and JPG is really helpful in my case.
  • It is so much better in terms of user-interface than most other applications like it. I started my graphics adventures in a math/science program named "grapher" which makes canva look like a magician.
  • It's super easy to use even if you have little to no design experience, and has an amazing array of templates and design elements you can use for free or minimal costs.
  • Cons

  • What I miss the most is I can’t do a drop shadow on an object. Often I’ll have to create the rest of the design, export it, then open it to Photoshop and add that element and drop shadow there.
  • For instance, if I have text, a picture, and a box shape to outline the text, it can be extremely frustrating to move them around without accidentally moving the wrong item.
  • If I had to complain about something, I’d say the amount of screens I have to go through when I open it can be a little frustrating.

  • The best cloud storage and management with immense capabilities with easy in URL sharing and transformation features with easy to understand documentation, Super fast customer responses.
  • The other best thing is their really cooperative and nice technical support. They provide industry's best technical support even if you're using their free service.
  • I like that Cloudinary is a great tool to organize creative assets for our website. It's an excellent CDN to implement to your website.
  • Cons

  • There are no features that I dislike about this software as a general user for now.
  • But I don't like taking all the memory by this software, that's all the problem I can find for this software.
  • 2 years paying, no emails and help needed. Recently I've had a server error (never happened before) and I contacted the support center... once, twice... no response, just the automatic email.
