### Pros

"It fills a critical niche by being there whenever and wherever I need it, turning any connected device into a functional creative workstation. While I recognize its limitations regarding heavy-duty, high-resolution rendering compared to native desktop applications, it isn't meant to replace my full Photoshop suite; rather, it complements it by providing unparalleled mobility and accessibility. When I'm in the field and need to make a fast, professional-level change, Photopea is the tool I reach for, and its reliability in those moments of need makes it a standout piece of software."

"Photopea assisted White Pine Photography with managing photo editing and graphic design on the web, facilitating professional client projects and portfolio management through a user-friendly, secure interface."

"It's an open source photo editor great for enhancing pictures and creating marketing materials such as banners, business cards, etc."

### Cons

"While Photopea is a powerful tool, it does have drawbacks that become especially apparent during mobile use. Despite the advanced hardware in a device like my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4—which is built specifically to handle complex, multitasking workflows—Photopea often struggles to maintain stability. Because it operates entirely within a browser environment, it is subject to strict memory constraints; as a result, performance can become sluggish, laggy, or prone to crashes when working with high-resolution images or multi-layered files."

"Ultimately, while it is incredibly convenient for light editing on the go, it lacks the raw, localized hardware acceleration of a dedicated desktop application, making it less reliable for long-term projects or extremely complex creative work."

"It’s frustrating when a device designed for high-performance productivity hits a wall due to browser-based limitations, often resulting in UI glitches or frozen interfaces during intensive tasks like content-aware fills."
