Excellent, the cost was within my budget, I get to make minor changes when needed without additional cost, and their customer service is beyond my expections.

Does customer service exist?
I liked that I actually found a logo that was exactly as we were picturing. It was reasonably easy to use. and we were quite happy with what we received.
CONSI didn't get the email with the logo. I've contacted support via the website contact form about 3 times and emailed directly from my email address twice and haven't had a response. and no, its NOT in junk as I've been checking it every day. I'm wanting a more complex custom design done as per the website says as I can't the the current one without it and no one will contact me. I am now looking at going elsewhere with a refund.

Impressive work ethic
Customer satisfaction is how is should be done, Smashinglogo just hut the mark.
PROSThe customer support and flexibility the company have as a policy. They are the once’s that goes the extra mile.
