I purchased a number of the additional packages on offer which were very useful. Similarly surprising the after sales service was found second to none; extremely quick and informative. A couple of queries arose and the assistance given was unbelievable in this day and age. I would recommend this company and product. #### Cons Not a con really because other companies also place addition costs for "add-ons". Some do not charge at all, or raise a very small charge.
