It offers helpful direction while still allowing you to stay in control and make the design your own. I have two small companies and was able to match the colours and themes for both through the logos. Everything was provided in an easy-to-use format for websites, social media, and printing, (and more!) all at a very reasonable price. #### Cons The only drawback is that designs are only saved for a limited time. I created a logo but didn’t purchase it straight away, and when I returned later it was no longer available, and I had to recreate it from scratch. I purchased a number of the additional packages on offer which were very useful. Similarly surprising the after sales service was found second to none; extremely quick and informative. A couple of queries arose and the assistance given was unbelievable in this day and age. I would recommend this company and product. #### Cons Not a con really because other companies also place addition costs for "add-ons". Some do not charge at all, or raise a very small charge. The logo was brilliantly visualised in the mock ups, helping me see exactly what impact it would have on various mediums. #### Cons There isn't anything I don't like about this product. The only thing I would have liked was the ability to set up an account to save the design while I played around with it before buying. I wasn't sure whether I would be able to find the same design again, so kept my laptop on for several days while I was tweaking it. #### Vendor response Hi Stephen, thank you very much for your detailed feedback in form of this review.
