I purchased a number of the additional packages on offer which were very useful. Similarly surprising the after sales service was found second to none; extremely quick and informative. A couple of queries arose and the assistance given was unbelievable in this day and age. I would recommend this company and product. #### Cons Not a con really because other companies also place addition costs for "add-ons". Some do not charge at all, or raise a very small charge. After I purchased the logo for my new company, my team gave positive feedback on everything except the font I chose for the company name. Knowing Smashing Logo offered a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, I returned to Smashing Logo designer through my account and attempted to make the adjustments to the font. After I updated the font, I couldn't seem to finalize the modified design and download it with my primary computer literacy skills. I reached out to the company for help and they provided me fast assistance. Smashing Logo's idea generator articulated what I wanted and gave me the most customization options of the different logo generating programs. We love our new logo and received a compliments too. Also, the price point is very affordable for small business owners. Finally, we like how easy it is to get our image downloads. They even have your logos in motion which is fancy. #### Cons Maybe the option to modify the color of certain elements inside the logo would be a nice feature to have. I know that might be impossible to implement but I would have liked to have two colors in a specific location in my logo image. I would also like the ability to save or store my previous versions in one location. Deployed to resolve such an important and potentially complicated function (brand logo generation and deployment), I found my experience of the company's website to be extremely straightforward, if not playful. I wasn't certain on several facets of the transaction after completing my initial purchase. However, [sensitive content] (from Smashinglogo's customer service department) stepped in. Thoroughly professional and calm, our entire conversation was a masterclass on how to be kind and helpful to a customer. I eventually switched my initial service provider and upgraded to premium.
