"The pros of Tailor Brands is that you can unite various aspects of your company: Design, legal, administrative, financial and other aspects necessary for the complementary operation of your organization. "

"The software is very practical and intuitive so that you can get to your final result, in a few minutes I got my expected result, I just needed to select the models and colors of my taste and the software did everything else, in the end I got a beautiful and original logo, I confess that I did not like much the amount to be paid for it."

"Any issues that arise are very quickly resolved and they make the entire process completely accessible so you don't have to figure out paperwork and legal odds and ends on your own."

### Cons

"Its not the AI it tells you it is, they do not send subscription reminders and refuse to refund you when you realize they've charged you again and you contact them within the hour."

"The customer representatives if you ever try talking to them are trained to repeat the same nonsense over and over again, talk over you and disrespect you."

"Charge a fee for a renewable subscription that you did not approve, do not send a notification before nor after, do not send payment confirmations and receipts to email."
