We use old Autocad software, and it is seamless to import there. Cons: Epson print drivers available. Cons: The soft shadow tool prints with a banding look, not a true gradient look, but you can overcome this by converting the graphic to a jpeg or tiff then it will print nicely... it is somewhat annoying to have to do this every time. I was pleasantly surprised by how seamlessly it processed my Adobe files, making it incredibly easy to create and build cut lines, even for my Roland machines. The software’s image-to-vector tool is also a standout feature, providing excellent results that save me time and effort. Overall, Vinyl Master has proven to be an invaluable tool for integrating my design work into vinyl cutting projects. Cons: There was a bit of a learning curve to get the software performing at 100%, but the provided video tutorials made it much easier to get up to speed quickly. Once I learned the tools, the workflow became smooth and efficient. I especially like the cut, divide, merge ability of objects. Reasons for switching to VinylMaster I switched mainly due to cost. With a limited budget, even the student rates for Adobe software were expensive, so VinylMaster offered a more affordable alternative without sacrificing functionality. VinylMaster has replaced about 3 different programs that I would use for sign and t-shirt making. Simple to use and easy to learn. A cost effective program for any hobbyist or sign shop.
