He saw a need, he knew he could make something better for his own gym, and he gave up his corporate job to help other gym owners and operators succeed.

Fit Pro Tracker is your all-in-one system for marketing, email communication, SMS communication, billing, POS, Lead Follow-up, and class scheduling. You log-in, manage your members, create your products, schedule your classes, and watch your gym GROW. Your clients have a wonderful experience with our client-facing booking application that can be downloaded from the app stores (ask about branding!).

Pros:

Tracking customers through their journey from lead to trial to member has been imperative in managing and growing our business as well as automated tasks making the process more efficient, saving us time and money.

Cons:

The client app for booking workouts is new and still being developed.

Reasons for switching to Fit Pro Tracker

Club Ready did not meet our requirements to successfully manager a fitness business.

Easy to use

I loved it. I used to to set up a fitness program for home workout groups and it worked amazingly well.

Ease of use. It is very user friendly and quite flexible. I also like the ability to create a community. It is very motivating and makes it easy to track your workout.

Cons:

Set up is a bit time consuming and there is a learning curve.

Great fitness tracker app. It’s ease of use and deployment make it very attractive to use. It is not hard to find your way around the app or its functions at all.

Cons:

The setup of the app/account itself takes a very long time. Way too much information required to get using the app. There is also some issues connecting to certain types of smart watches.

Very easy to use and convenient when on the go. Especially when you go to the gym early in the morning and how easy it is to use and communicate on.
