I’m very satisfied with how it helps me track classes, schedules, payments, and reports, and my clients are also very happy with it. I’ve been teaching for over 30 years, and after using the app for the past year, I can finally say that I manage to get paid for all my classes. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros It made it easier for me to manage membership payments and keep track of who paid and when. It has also saved me money because the app automatically charges the membership fee once the agreed period expires. Before, I struggled to keep accurate records, and members would ask for refunds if they didn’t use their sessions #### Cons Everything is fine for me. If I had to point something out, it would be that I’m currently using the app in English, while I’m from Croatia. Since I live in a tourist city, most people understand English, and I also understand that the app can’t be available in every language. My clients on the whole have really liked the system, and have found it easy to use, they particularly enjoy the reminders, the ease of which they can book for numerous classes or events, and booking more than one class at a time. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros I found the legit fit programme very straightforward to use, i am a massive technophobe but the system works really well for what i need, which is running classes and a private client therapy clinic. The team are very responsive especially my contact [sensitive content hidden] who has been super helpful throughout the process when i have needed any help to navigate the changes as my business expands. I also liked that i could custom the system to my needs. The team helped me very patiently from the outset. Moving from Mindbody which i had used for a long time was a huge decision, but not one i have regretted it is so much more intuitive and user friendly. Also being based in Europe it is easier to get a hold of someone should you have an issue. #### Cons The number cap on the number of members that can be serviced, meaning the cost increases with the number of clients you have on your system. #### Reasons for choosing LegitFit I can't remember what products i looked at but i did check several, i felt legitfit had the various elements i needed. Including flexibility, good customer service, clients could make multiple bookings and manage their accounts themselves with little support from me. #### Reasons for switching to LegitFit It was very expensive, clunky and the customer service was challenging, as they are not running on UK time, and also had to wait a while for responses. #### Vendor response Hi Dawn, Thanks so much for sharing such a detailed and thoughtful review! It has made managing classes, personal training sessions, and our recovery suite much more efficient, while giving us better visibility of attendance through its booking and payment system. One of the biggest improvements has been knowing exactly who is attending our classes in advance. Before using LegitFit, we often had little or no information about attendance, which made planning difficult. The ability for clients to book and pay ahead of time has improved organization for our team and increased commitment from our members. The customer support team has also been outstanding. They are always friendly, responsive, and willing to help whenever we have a question or need assistance. It allows us to efficiently organize our classes, personal training sessions, and recovery suite all in one place. One of the biggest benefits has been the booking and payment system. Before using LegitFit, we had very little visibility of who was attending classes and sometimes coaches would be at the gym with no attendees. Now, clients can book and pay in advance, giving us a clear overview of attendance and helping us plan more effectively. It has also improved client commitment and motivation to attend sessions. The support team is another standout feature. They are always friendly, responsive, and willing to help whenever we need assistance. Overall, LegitFit has made running our business much more efficient and organized. #### Cons There is very little I dislike about LegitFit. If I had to identify one area for improvement, it would be clearer visibility and reporting of payouts transferred from LegitFit to our business. However, this is only a minor issue and has not affected our overall experience with the platform. The onboarding team, especially Bella, was incredibly helpful in setting our system up and walking us through how everything works.
