Some negative reviews reflect emotional frustration when something breaks—but in my experience, Wodify is exactly who you want on the other side of that frustration: responsive, accountable, and invested in making things better. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros Wodify’s customer service is outstanding. When I bring an issue to them, they don’t dismiss it, offer a flimsy workaround, or say “that’s just how it is.” They listen, take responsibility where appropriate, and genuinely explore whether the software itself can be improved—for the benefit of all users. Their response time is fast, communication is thorough, and they always follow up to make sure an issue is fully resolved before closing a ticket. Most importantly, they never imply that the problem—or my frustration—is my fault. #### Cons As with any evolving software, updates (to Wodify, browsers, or operating systems) can occasionally cause hiccups. This sometimes requires clearing caches, refreshing, or updating systems. I’ve learned to schedule this as a regular maintenance task. While this can be frustrating, Wodify is transparent about what’s within their control and still goes out of their way to help—even when the issue technically isn’t theirs. #### Reasons for choosing Wodify A place to program curriculum(perform), Gym Management(tasks, progressions), Communication/scheduling with staff and students (phone app) #### Reasons for switching to Wodify There customer service was crap! We have been a customer since 2013 and have grown together. I have seen the effort that has been put into making Wodify better and for someone like my self who was new to the business and seen the industry changes over time, Wodify has enhanced our services and never jeopardized it. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros Client facing features, like entering results, results history, personal record history reset, leaderboard, attendance streaks and the communication options directly to clients and leads. The new Kiosk plus interface has been good for our coaches. On the admin side the report options have improved with customization. #### Cons The client experience when signing up a dependent/kids for our kids or teens program. It seems to be the only occurrence where half the time we get confusion from the parents and miss information on how to use or manage the app for the dependent. The process has improved over time. #### Reasons for choosing Wodify Not during the time we purchased Wodify but more recently, Push Press. Like any relationship… It took a while for customer service and sales to understand who I was… And quite frankly… Took me a long time to understand who they were as well. I had no idea of the industry… And the advances that it has made in the last 10 years… And I needed to really do my homework to get up to speed with the leader ship team I am particularly impressed with Mekella… a lead on the customer service relationship team. Customer Service - Questions how to use a feature, find a report, or create a workflow are responded to quickly, kindly, and with clear answers. #### Cons The chat feature on my phone is very slow. It seems like it's too many layers deep and takes very long to load. #### Reasons for choosing Wodify I had previous experience many years ago. Although it had it's qwerks then, it functioned well, was easy to use on the client side, and I kind of assumed that that had only been improved since then. #### Reasons for switching to Wodify It was way to big and clunky. Features were not organized well at all. It was not an intuitive product. Features were not where a person may think they would be. Reports were very hard to come by. Honestly...mindbody was too robust. And difficult to learn. And we couldn't share workouts.
