Wodify provides excellent value for the money by combining member management, payment processing, attendance tracking, performance tracking, and communication tools into a single platform. The member management features make it easy to handle memberships, billing, waivers, and account updates without needing multiple software systems. The payment processing is reliable and automated, which significantly reduces administrative work and helps maintain consistent cash flow. I also appreciate the athlete performance tracking features, as they add value for members and help increase engagement and retention. The mobile app is simple and user-friendly for both staff and members. Members can easily reserve classes, track workouts, view performance history, and manage their accounts directly from their phones #### Cons I wish Wodify Rise was still available for our nutrition challenges! The pricing may also feel high for smaller facilities, especially when additional features or integrations are added. However, we were aware of this before switching to Wodify. It makes these two tasks a cinch, and I am confident that it is secure. I also use the inventory and analytics features to help track uniforms, month-to-month income changes, and taxes. #### Cons One thing I like least about Wodify is that its sign-in (kiosk feature) is not kid-friendly. I have many young students whose parents do not sign them in, and so I am left to sign them in for class. No incentive was offered Genuinely it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made in our business. Like top 3 probably. We were Wodify users for about 4 years. We moved to a different product. It was a terrible decision to move but we had to stick with it for a while to justify the disruption. After about a year and a half we switched back. The re-onboarding process was so in-depth and everyone was so helpful. The tools had come on in leaps and bounds in the time we had been away. And by that stage we had grown to the point where we needed a powerful solution like Wodify to actually run our business. WF itself provides all necessary information we need to manage our gym and the support responds literally in a few minutes to any request or question. But what probably stands out the most is the promptness of replies to issues and their willingness to continually grow and improve systems for coaches and members. #### Cons Sometimes it can be a bit slow to load/open but thats such a minor inconvenience.
