Easy to use with lots of tutorials and customer support options. #### Cons It is a little costly for smaller businesses (especially Canadian businesses), especially as costs of running a business increase but businesses are limited in how much more they can charge customers. It has taken several years of familiarizing myself with MindBody to be able to use all the customizable features. No incentive was offered We were long-term Mindbody customers, so our decision to leave was not made lightly. Over time, however, we felt we were paying more while receiving less in terms of genuine customer service. The software has plenty of features, but a good platform is about more than functionality. When something goes wrong, you need responsive support and people who are willing to take ownership of an issue. Unfortunately, that was increasingly not our experience. Reading the current Terms and Conditions in detail also contributed to our decision to leave. I would strongly encourage other small-business owners to read the terms carefully and understand exactly what they are agreeing to rather than focusing solely on the software features and monthly price. While Mindbody offers plenty of features, the continued price increases, declining level of customer service and difficulty getting meaningful support became increasingly frustrating. #### Cons biggest disappointment. In our experience, support has become increasingly difficult to access and issues can take far too long to resolve. At the same time, prices have continued to increase. We were also concerned after carefully reading the current Terms and Conditions. As a small Australian business, some of the provisions relating to fees, use of customer data and business materials, debt recovery, limitation of liability, termination and dispute resolution made us uncomfortable. Costumer service calls straight away when you request help. That's all I can think of #### Cons Time consuming with behind house. Contracts links sometimes works for clients depending on the phone they have, better if they do it through the computer. Not user friendly. The three months free they give you in the beginning is due to how long it takes to convert your clients over and get contracts up and running. I paid clients transaction fees, which can equate to a lot for a small business. $2200 for us since we have been in contract. Now the transaction fees is working with mind body and is a new feature, everyone has to be sold a new contract because current contracts don't work with the transaction fees, which now requires more time for not only clients, you again. Took three months and 6 different calls for customer service to find the right person to start our appointments in the app for our clients to use. I had been doing this individually each week during this time You are locked in for a year. You are promised everything, time back, ease and leads walking through the door. I've found the opposite. Not to mention it iss 5x more than most other providers out there. I find it hard to write like this as it takes a lot for me to leave a review this bad, never have I ever in 10years in the business and working with two different providers in the past. The only best part of this whole experience is how well the sales guys sell it in the beginning. #### Reasons for switching to Mindbody Promised the ease of moving automated emails over, our LCRM and more leads through mind body. Overall I have had a great experience with Mindbody. The only thing that bothered me was that I want to be able to use the texting reminders feature. With me being such a small company I am a sol Proprietor and support was never actually able to help me get this implemented over the many time we tried. I also like how Mindbody is one of the most well known platforms out there. I enjoy using all the features available such as sending news letters, setting up mailing lists etc. The payment processing is also very easy to use. #### Cons The price, you get alot of features but for a very small one person company its a little expensive.
