Pros/Cons
Pros
- They way you book for a service is very good, the dashboards they have are very good on the system. The system provides an insight snapshot to what is going on today which is great.
- I like your personalized attention and that your response has made me feel valued as a customer and gives me the confidence that I am supported at all times.
- You can favorite the places you frequent so it's easy to access exactly where you want to book. I like the flexibility and it helps that you can use it on your phone as well as computer.
Cons
- This system is a constant source of grief. It double charges clients all the time, they say they are "trying" to get it to stop, meanwhile I get a dozen furious calls a week from clients who complain.
- It was the worst experience, afther that company, I had hired another that did the programming in 2 days and I was using it in 3 days at the 50% of the cost.
- Besides the horrible service they have not kept up with technology.
Pros
- I have used this software for years, and the flexibility is such an amazing part. I love that I can tailor it to my needs, which may be different than another user in the same office.
- Encounter documentation clarity and efficiency with much greater confidence on all our medical billing and coding encounters.
- The customers service is fantastic. Any time I do not know how to do something in the system, I can call for help and they walk me through how to put it in.
Cons
- If the internet goes down and loose connections.
- Difficult to save/recall referral letters generated by the software.
- At times, RevolutionEHR will not allow me to login to my account unless I try several different times. This can be very frustrating with a busy day with many patients to look up.
