It's great,  very insightful tool. I would recommend using it, though it can be quite slow at times.

It also helps determine where there are issues in your funnel and what a potential solution might be to improve it.

Really helpful for finding bugs / improving your product UX, the pricing is way too high for the value.

Good tool to learn about users behavior and how to adapt to their needs and make their experience much better.

Overall I enjoy FullStory and the abilities it provides.

This makes it difficult to determine which options the user is actually seeing. The way they portray the user zooming-in is also a little disorienting.

We've used it to analyze conversion rate issues and it has provided invaluable insight. The FullStory support team is a dream to work with - they are responsive and go above and beyond to help out.

I recommend it to all my colleagues, it can help improve our user experience by reviewing their activity, not just to help investigate issues.

Pays itself just for using it for customer support, but every department is using it now (marketing, product management, R&D, ...).

Software has a summary section also which is great, analytics and trends are very useful and you can also integrate into jira for reports and decision making.

The integration of fullStory to the product is simple and easy due to the good documentation an good customer support. The FullStory provides some inbuilt analysis trends which is pretty useful.

FullStory has been a really useful tool for analysing the user experience on the Website.

I love how quick it is to find out the customer segments you are looking for. This is super important when QA-ing software.

We don't rely too heavily on the product simply because we can't be sure it's capturing everything.

We tried the other most recommended softwares that do just that, but Fullstory is much more user friendly, smart, easy to use and capable.

FullStory is helping us immensely with UX/UI research and how to improve our app. It also helps us with customer support because we can easily identify what a user did and where he ran into trouble.

The limited window of time that sessions are available for review, and it is quite expensive.

This product is fantastic for breaking down how your user interface is faring among your users. It shows some statistics that other analytics do not.

I recommend it for any SaaS company looking to better understand the behavior of their users.

It's great for seeing what a user is doing, and has great settings to help block certain sessions from being recorded, as well as blocking elements for privacy reasons.

I love the whole concept of the software. It’s amazing to watch a customers entire journey through our website.

It also guides us into making decisions on the design of the site, its great to have the video replays of multiple sessions that help to prove or disprove our hypothesis.

Full story is so easy to use and protects user privacy also which was a concern of mine. Its a easy to set up through segment and their customer support is there if you need any help.

FullStory gives you the ability to track and see what your prospects or customers are doing on your website. It allows you to see exactly what is going on and think of ideas on how you can help them.

If I remember correctly, setting it up was a little difficult in our environment because of our stack.

Allows me to investigate bugs and user error super quickly within a fun to use interface.

I love not only how it records your users' sessions so you can literally watch what they did on your website, but also how it then provides you analytics on their habits.

For the price it demands, I feel the ROI is very low.

Customer service was poor. Price for minimum package was increased from USD $199 to $899.

An Intuitive BI Tool For Building And Deploying Powerful Analytics.

Other programs tend to crash or glitch when trying to do the same.

You have to take the courses to develop correctly, otherwise you could make mistakes.

Get small bugs that really trouble sometimes. Also, the customer support is not very robust.

Good design, easy to use, development is really fast letting you select the data and object that you want to visualize and therefore just create a dashboard within seconds.

I've been testing the latest version 10 and it is really good, it has new features to create dashboards in an easy and quickly way more similar to what the market for self service BI is requiring.

It makes it easy to transform large amounts of data into intuitive dashboards. It allows generating dashboards with visually very pleasant graphics.

It generates wrong values for the query I used. I think I prefer another tool.

Also the way they manage the creation of dimensions and metrics. One thing to keep in mind is the manage of the historical changes, it can be a mess.

Ability to drag and drop fields into columns or rows, drill down/expand, and export information as needed.

Speed of the software when loading multiple dashboards are great once everything has been properly defined. Easy to update DWH and microstrategy connection.

MicroStrategy is a powerful analytic tool that we use to pull anything from lab data to customer service performance stats. It is customizeable and has a great multitude of functions.

I learned the ins and outs and actually moved my way onto the Microstrategy Team to help develop it and bring it to more people.

It is good for weekly usage but slow for daily usage.

Tableau is impressive in building nice and interactive visualization but not so much on keeping the structure of the data which can lead to data integrity issues.

It has an immense amount of features, functionality, integrations, and plug-ins that can be used to better analyze data. It also has a strong analytical engine.

They now have a compilable version that lets developers hard code the dashboards to work with input software which is nice (although a little pricey for smaller applications).

We use Microstrategy to create demonstration dashboards for our our analytics software. They have a fairly robust user community and they are getting better with each iteration.

Dealing with SQL queries, and Microsoft Access was difficult, and probably result in an error. Even though the query was 100% correct.

This enables the overall architecture to import/export the data to/from them. The high availability of data connectors is the most helpful feature of the product.

Its installation was not the easiest and took quite some time. It is also quite pricey.

Really good in maintaining data structures and hierarchy to ensure data integrity and consistency. Capable to do almost anything that other competitors have.
