Adobe Campaign has made it easy for me to track performance. Helps me to make good decisions.

Most of the marketing tasks we conduct through the Adobe Campaign. The platform is best suited for email marketing and SMM, but it does a good job with the rest of the tasks.

Lots of bugs, lack of proper documentation and tutorials makes it difficult for users to achieve the results we ultimately need to.

It helps you centralize your work and distribute tasks. You can also schedule marketing outreaches in advance ,very useful.

I have nothing that has proved to be a problem thus far.

More complex than I would have liked... but that comes with the territory.

The interface is friendly, the features are well organized, and marketing staff has the opportunity to perform tasks in a more creative way.

This software can be a bit convoluted with options making learning this software difficult.

Adobe Marketing Cloud is great for marketers. You have the ability to create campaigns and centralize information.

A great cross channel marketing solution to automate email, mobile, social, whatever you need online. Plus it is easy to integrate with your other adobe tools.

Lastly, Adobe support is pretty good. We have used multiple Adobe products in the past and never had issues with their support team.

Adobe Campaign begins to slow down after two hours of work. From whatever computer I go, the problem remains.

I used this primarily to test it out for one campaign and felt it was solid. I felt it was easy to use.

It's easy to use, the interface is instinctive and provide the solutions for my company clients improving costumer experience.

Ability to manage large number of campaigns. Easy to switch to different campaigns that we desire.

Usually one says this in a negative light, but this is definitely worth the price. It is one of the most well encompassing platforms out there and can target extremely fine markets.

For any real marketing department, this is a comprehensive suite and a must have. The capabilities are amazing and worth learning.

I can make the workflow as simple or complex as I would like. Along with this, pairing this software with other tools in the adobe cloud(such as analytics) is quite helpful for various projects.

If you're not a developer, it can be difficult to use it as sometimes it requires coding, SQL, etc.

Did not like the dashboard and f we lt the overall functionality was spoilt by the time wasted tryinch ti work out what i was doing.

Has so many features and ways to reach costumers, provide what they need, once you are able to know your way around the app is so fantastic, only need to work once and them just press send.

However, every time I've had trouble using this software, I've had trouble getting customer service support.

Sometimes when working with an application, there are some problems in sound reproduction.

It's complicated and has a steep learning curve. However, it is definitely worth the investment.

You can use this software to track  various CRM activities. Communication ability is also top notch.

All statistics get to my personal account. I also liked the ability to personalize email newsletters.

Several users complained about this. Cant Understand error messages.

This product is the best for analytics, its easy to use and even if you have a hard time figuring it out they have a team ready to help and google is always a great resource.

With Adobe Campaign, I had the opportunity to create excellent campaigns. Excellent integration with CRM software.

Seamless integration with third party tools like SFDC, Dynamics CRM. Web tracking and automated workflows are some of the features that I really love about this product.

There are a ton of great features. I really like how I'm able to integrate directly into my website.

Whist the phone vibrates, without a sound some chats, are missed.

Easy to setup, clean user interface, excellent customer support, help documents, and the automation flows helps my visitors to connect with me.

They have been adding features at a rapid pace over the past year. The new visual workflow tool is really impressive.

I like their super cool chat widget and user interface also their knowledgebase. Gist knowledgebase reduces customer ticket submission a lot.

The current product is super easy to use and integrate into the site. Live Chat is especially impressive as I can respond to clients easily from email, desktop, and mobile app and it syncs seamlessly.

Their live chat is top notch, but I've recently been using their Twitter chats integrations - which is quite good. Drip emails also looking good.

What I like most about Gist is the power it has yet the simplicity in it's implementation. I was able to get everything set up and to a basic launch within a few hours.

So far I'm very happy with Gist and their support team was outstanding.

Overall my experience of Gist is great. They have a quality product and whenever I need support their team is there to help me.

I do feel that th level of the translation to Swedish is a bit low. It could have been done in a more profesional way, some of the content is badly translated.

The one thing that we absolutely love is how stunning the live chat component looks on our website and how easy it was to install and set up.

I pasted some code on my site and now the conversation bubble is active. I really appreciate how I can customize which pages it appears on.

There is even an awesome live view that lets me spy on visitors to see how they're using the site. The tools are powerful, easy to use, and constantly getting improvements.

The trial/princing was a bit confusing and we had to redo the internal process due to that.

That is saving us money and time. More importantly, we can support our clients and potential clients 24 hours a day and seven days a week and we can serve them with very targeted messaging and help.

Gist has a lot of great features and a fantastic UX for both site visitors and support agents. The onboarding was very intuitive, also thanks to their detailed documentation.

Great UI and professional chatbot / LiveChat solution on the front and back end. I love the unified inbox feature too.

I love the clean look and the wide variety of options. It is very good that you have all communication with your users in one place.

The chat interface is clear, simple and great looking for the end user and makes chat management really straightforward for the organisation.

I like all the options to set up the system the way you work best and get information fast on the reports page.

Even some of the Gist communication emails land in spam. Founder's attitude on going back on his words underhandedly.

They brought in some email engineers and moved over to a new backend service. It was annoying but we held out with them.

It is helping us a lot with our customer support. Turning our visitors into leads is simply awesome.

A fantastic team, committed to the product - already great and getting better every day.

The limited features, functionality and the overall feel of the product.

An all in one marketing software that is far better than the competition and at half the price. It does all sorts of marketing automation.

Email count time timers, API integration, and did I mention the excellent form builder. The price is very reasonable for all the love, care and attention to development the Gist team put in.

After I had this experience with the emails I told them to delete my billing information as I didn't want to be charged another $200 in December when the addons I purchased were due to renew.

Overall it is a good product. Better than most of the products available, considering the cost and other factors.

Easy to use, easy to implement and gives our customers easy access to us.

The extent of its integration with WooCommerce. Can't send proper cart abandonment emails because so far it can't generate an abandoned cart link.

The overall experience has been great so far and the Gist's customer support has been helpful and friendly every time we needed their assistance.
