Decent CRM with good integrations but can be better with the functionality and service.

In January of 2021, they charged me again for my annual subscription. I called them back and the guy tells me at first that there are no refunds.

The regular package should have been less cheaper in my opinion. Otherwise, I find no negative remarks as such.

Agile as mentioned provides a reliable service, and geared toward small-mid sized businesses. Larger companies would find better options.

Where to begin...The landing page tool goes down every week. We've lost thousands of dollars in advertising because of this.

Overall, the Agile CRM, is a nice, cloud base App that is very well suited for more of the Sales Industry.

It's almost an all-in-one product, but at a much more accessible price. For the most part, the product is easy to use and I like how you can setup automations in an intuitive way.

Salesforce was bit expensive and we got all the features in agile crm so its a win win situation for my company.

Agile CRM is best for its data processing it can load heavy data in easy way. It can also integrated with github  and also support the service desk activities.

The software is easy to use, the training they provide is fabulous and the customer support is great.

It's not web based, so you have to download something locally. This is at worst mildly inconvenient, as the download is zippy.

Very well finished tool compared to other free and paid solutions. It has the basic functionalities to help the helpdesk team.

The whole experience I had with the app was in general very good. I used it in my old consulting work where I worked as a help desk and used it only this tool to access the client's machine.

Its great for remote support and allows support reps to connect and fix your PC whilst you watch. I love that I have to authorize a connection first and this is great for security.

There is no negative things in my mind but it very very rarely gives weird error and connection drop.

Great Remote Access Program, met all my needs, super easy to use and install, you can do everything on any desk without complications, great remote access software.

Very few times there was an interruption in the connection, but I believe it was due to the interruption in the internet connection on one of the devices.

The graphical interface is clean, friendly and quiet to use and without problems. The Anydesk community is super collaborative and is always helping with questions and troubleshooting.

They also have a phone app so you can remote into a computer while on the go. Navigation is pretty good on mobile so it’s definitely usable.

It has limited functions. If your pc has low configuration , It will see slowness and lag problems.

Lags with the clipboard feature sometimes making copy and paste difficult, mobile version is not as simple as desktop version and cursor handling on mobile makes it more difficult to use on mobile.
