Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and implement immediately. No need for long training. Support is friendly and extremely competent. No downtime until now. Free version to try out. Cost-benefit is great.

  • The software is easy to use, the training they provide is fabulous and the customer support is great.

  • Cons

  • For me the costs are a little higher than originally advertised - but still way better value for money than anything else I've found

  • Not a lot that we don't like. AgileCRM is well built. Having built-in landing pages would be nice, but it does integrate well with other platforms.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use. Can be customised easily to suit industry.

  • The site is very easy to use as an agent navigating instructions. It is also easy to learn how to use as an administrator.

  • Cons

  • It can sometimes be a little bit difficult to find what you are looking for using the search function, but generally speaking I don't have much of a problem.

  • Creating work instructions is my least favourite thing to do but the knowledge object is great for end users with the ability to move through the work instruction and only see the steps they require.
