Decent CRM with good integrations but can be better with the functionality and service.

In January of 2021, they charged me again for my annual subscription. I called them back and the guy tells me at first that there are no refunds.

The regular package should have been less cheaper in my opinion. Otherwise, I find no negative remarks as such.

Agile as mentioned provides a reliable service, and geared toward small-mid sized businesses. Larger companies would find better options.

Where to begin...The landing page tool goes down every week. We've lost thousands of dollars in advertising because of this.

Overall, the Agile CRM, is a nice, cloud base App that is very well suited for more of the Sales Industry.

It's almost an all-in-one product, but at a much more accessible price. For the most part, the product is easy to use and I like how you can setup automations in an intuitive way.

Salesforce was bit expensive and we got all the features in agile crm so its a win win situation for my company.

Agile CRM is best for its data processing it can load heavy data in easy way. It can also integrated with github  and also support the service desk activities.

It's costly not every client or organisation have afford it. It is difficult to understand for the beginners because it has some difficult tools.

Terrible customer service. I still haven't been able to cancel my service despite several requests and now going on month 4.

What really impresses me, is AgileCRM's support. The support and on-boarding staff I have worked with is excellent to say the least.

It has good integrations with some of the leading apps like zapier etc, but the free version is very limited.

It was a good experience and the team has built a good product especially the marketing automation part is very well done.

So beware of this company, and the stupid bugs they refuse to fix.

The software is easy to use, the training they provide is fabulous and the customer support is great.

The cost is also a major advantage since we can get the full set based on number of users. Apart from that we love the campaign builder with lots of tools available to create different scenarios.

Customer service was horrible. I eventually tried to cancel my subscription, but they kept charging me for an annual subscription.

It's very intuitive and easy to use. I feel this crm combines the offline and online world perfectly, providing options to track online sales as well as face to face, without overcomplicating things.

Great integration across multiple marketing tools. Social media and email campaign management is a great add.

If you like the price then the system does the job. But its not as comprehensive or user friendly as sales force or Nutshell.

The price of the software is nice, the features from a glance look really good but once you start using them is when you are in for a surprise.

Occasionally I have trouble with the remote printing function.

My users, as well as myself, enjoy the simplicity and ease of use of this software and how it gets out of the way and allows us to concentrate on our workflow.

I love it because I can wander the classroom, keep a better eye on what my students are doing while going over the notes. My classroom management has improved and the student engagement has improved.

Overall, I've been extremely happy with Splashtop Business Access. It is well worth the minimal fee for the time it has saved me and the convenience it has provided.

My experience has been great. Was having speed issues at first, call customer service and they weren't as helpful as I would have liked.

Installation was quick and easy and the program is super simple to navigate.

Ability to access multiple computers is great. Customer support very accessible.

So far, I have not had any experience that I would say was a negative experience.

It can be a little confusing to install at first but, do one and after thats, it's a breeze.

This software is very easy to use. You just send an invite out to the computer you want to remote into, they click on the link and that is pretty much it.

Some of the directions in the beginning were a little confusing regarding whether it was referring to the host or the outsider we wanted to give access to.

Splashtop can be choppy which can be frustrating if you were to use it all the time.

I also like the resolution when connecting and ability to switch the remote monitors as needed.

Copy and paste feature between screens is fantastic. Every update is a major step forward and keeps getting better.

Seamless integration and use - it is as if I am sitting at workstation at the office. Two monitor setup works great.

The only major downside is that, by default, when connected remotely, Splashtop allows for simultaneous mouse control between the admin and site user.

Easy to deploy, low resources comsuption, low bandwidth, easy for no technical users and most important quality for not expensive software solution.

Splashtop is extremely simple to set up and use. It's been extremely reliable so far in terms of connection speed and quality and is superb for the price.

Very easy to use with a simple interface. When the user is ready for remote support, just a few click/tap away and an agent can rapidly see the user's screen and help them out.

I love that I can manage the corporate non-profit finance and admin from anywhere. It's ease of use and integrations are top-notch.
