At times clicking on the screen of the machine you are connected to does not work. Also, at times there is no notification of connection loss.

Very impressed with the setup and how it connects with minimum effort. Really good to get your computers connected remotely without faffing around.

Very few times there was an interruption in the connection, but I believe it was due to the interruption in the internet connection on one of the devices.

The graphical interface is clean, friendly and quiet to use and without problems. The Anydesk community is super collaborative and is always helping with questions and troubleshooting.

They also have a phone app so you can remote into a computer while on the go. Navigation is pretty good on mobile so it’s definitely usable.

It has limited functions. If your pc has low configuration , It will see slowness and lag problems.

Lags with the clipboard feature sometimes making copy and paste difficult, mobile version is not as simple as desktop version and cursor handling on mobile makes it more difficult to use on mobile.

Also ,a surprisingly complete version on mobile,which helps you make dynamic changes in real time. It is reasonably priced and easy to work it.

I like that with it you can prioritize files. The Customer Service is always quick to respond and resolve issues.

This is/was a terrific starter CRM. It even supports autosave so you don't lose notes.
