Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The application's interface and management screen is very good. The screen image quality is very good when I provide remote connection. Connection speed is very good.

  • Always worked super fast and reliable whenever i needed it. There are chat and file copy features that also work really well whenever i used them. The UI is fresh and intuitive.

  • Cons

  • Very rarely there is a lag in the remote connection. The features could be enhanced little. Otherwise the software is very good

  • The least about the anyDesk is the session expired some time very frequently. It may be the cause of bad internet connection.Otherwise the overall experience is good

  • Pros

  • This tool is very helpful in managing alerts & can be nicely sync with monitoring tools.

  • It's instant. It's very easy to use. Ability to edit and add templates, to customize them to ones' need.

  • Cons

  • customization of the application was a very long process specially if you need to use the most of it. But once it is running, it is worth the pain.

  • its typically slow. It should be fast to use like Jira. rest all feature are very good
