Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The application's interface and management screen is very good. The screen image quality is very good when I provide remote connection. Connection speed is very good.

  • Always worked super fast and reliable whenever i needed it. There are chat and file copy features that also work really well whenever i used them. The UI is fresh and intuitive.

  • Cons

  • Very rarely there is a lag in the remote connection. The features could be enhanced little. Otherwise the software is very good

  • The least about the anyDesk is the session expired some time very frequently. It may be the cause of bad internet connection.Otherwise the overall experience is good

  • Pros

  • This is a great helpdesk product for free! I tried other free solutions but none were as complete as this. I highly recommend to all those on a budget

  • Love this company and all of their products. This suite provides everything needed for successfully managing helpdesk at little to no cost.

  • Cons

  • There isn't a lot of features, and while the plug-ins work very well and there are many of them, there aren't any being made recently.

  • It was a little difficult to navigate through the program but once you get used to it you will be fine.
