Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very good feature set with lots of modules. Possible to even create custom apps / integrations. Mobile apps are very good. Support is brilliant - Live Chat is built in to the CRM.

  • I like the flexibility to tailor the product to suit our needs,

  • Cons

  • Sometimes can run slow during peak periods (US time) so can be slightly annoying. The GUI is good, but could use with updating.

  • It is a little complicated. But, I will learn it.

  • Pros

  • Incredible number of add-ons and features. Very good reliability.

  • Very Intuitive Good Look and feel Very complete integrated communications platform

  • Cons

  • I like the least is there is lack of eye candies, but it could be easily customization with custom coding and CSS style.

  • a bit sluggish at times, but expecting a smoother feel when moving away from the free trial
