  • Pros

  • They actually care about their customers and their success. The flat per technician pricing is fantastic.
  • I have worked with more advanced products for years, but this just works. Support is great and the community is awesome.
  • The willingness for all participants to help each other [including our organization - which is quite new to the group] is truly excellent, & well appreciated for us 'newbies' that are ramping up.
  • Cons

  • The worst thing I would say is probably the file size limitation when moving files via Manage > File Transfer.
  • There is NO way to speak to someone, everything is bot type chat, long hold queues and email tickets. Avoid this, you get what you pay for.
  • The reporting is a bit weak. I'm used to being able to hook into the database and generate custom reports coming from Connectwise.

  • It is very reliable, bugs free, has no performance issues an with a very good and friendly UI.
  • Overall, autotask is awesome. I highly recommend to tech teams that need help with customer management and ticket visibility.
  • We have been extremely pleased to see how the Kaseya purchase has positively impacted the product. We continue to see feature rich updates and improvements in the product that make use easier.

  • Also dislike the fact that they use te user computer time becouse i work with people in diferents time zones and that make some notes and tickets get to confuse.
  • The worst support out of any software/service we use.
  • Before using Autotask Pro our main issue were dropped client requests and communication problems.
