Best in remote access to connect any time and this is very easy for IT admin to jump on. Always BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT to take owner ship.
I have worked with more advanced products for years, but this just works. Support is great and the community is awesome.
Cons
I dislike that I can not be logged in on multiple devices.
There is NO way to speak to someone, everything is bot type chat, long hold queues and email tickets. Avoid this, you get what you pay for.
Pros
What I liked most about Monday is that it is super user friendly. Synchs to user emails to ensure messages/updates are received.
It has a beautiful UI which is user-friendly. I love the timeline view and the integration center is amazing and user friendly.
Cons
The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
My team hates it, they find it confusing; I disagree. They do not like the layout and find it confusing to navigate through.
