Pros/Cons
Pros
- The willingness for all participants to help each other [including our organization - which is quite new to the group] is truly excellent, & well appreciated for us 'newbies' that are ramping up.
- The easy file sharing with great performance speed which helps on project time management and the data analytics production is effective.
- They actually care about their customers and their success. The flat per technician pricing is fantastic.
Cons
- The worst thing I would say is probably the file size limitation when moving files via Manage > File Transfer.
- There is NO way to speak to someone, everything is bot type chat, long hold queues and email tickets. Avoid this, you get what you pay for.
- The reporting is a bit weak. I'm used to being able to hook into the database and generate custom reports coming from Connectwise.
Pros
- High quality, reliable and feature rich. Great value with ability to create backups to local as well as online locations.
- We have been replacing our previous software with MSP360 and we are very happy with it so far. Its been about 6 months and its easy to work with, highly customizable and reliable.
- The software is great, the prices are below other products and the Customer SUpport is very good.
Cons
- In the end, the error was because I was using the application inside of a Docker container which was not properly configured for the permissions!).
- The 1TB storage limit for storage I pay for (i.e. S3) is wrong. I've heard changes are coming and you can ask for more storage.
- Every little event triggers an error, and there's no way to turn them off. Expect a bunch of junk tickets.
