  • Pros

  • The willingness for all participants to help each other [including our organization - which is quite new to the group] is truly excellent, & well appreciated for us 'newbies' that are ramping up.
  • The easy file sharing with great performance speed which helps on project time management and the data analytics production is effective.
  • They actually care about their customers and their success. The flat per technician pricing is fantastic.
  • Cons

  • The worst thing I would say is probably the file size limitation when moving files via Manage > File Transfer.
  • There is NO way to speak to someone, everything is bot type chat, long hold queues and email tickets. Avoid this, you get what you pay for.
  • The reporting is a bit weak. I'm used to being able to hook into the database and generate custom reports coming from Connectwise.

  • Its APM features, Creative Dashboards, Browser data, Insights etc. are a great way to keep tab on your products performance and also, keeps you motivated to improve the performance.
  • Don't hesitate to ask for assistance from them. They want to make sure you succeed and are always glad to help you realize more value from your investment.
  • Dashboarding perfromance report capability is also good, helps us to keep on top of our applications perfromance.
  • Cons

  • Opposing the web component, the mobile apps one is very bad. The sdks are very bad and very intrusive, leading to instability of the apps itselfs.
  • The customer support is dreadful. We wait over 5 days for a response and then have to chase.
  • Our main version we run has a memory leak, the NewRelic support team was worthless in troubleshooting.
