  • Pros

  • I have worked with more advanced products for years, but this just works. Support is great and the community is awesome.
  • It's a great product at a great price. I hope they keep improving and listen to the community that uses it.
  • They actually care about their customers and their success. The flat per technician pricing is fantastic.
  • Cons

  • The worst thing I would say is probably the file size limitation when moving files via Manage > File Transfer.
  • There is NO way to speak to someone, everything is bot type chat, long hold queues and email tickets. Avoid this, you get what you pay for.
  • The reporting is a bit weak. I'm used to being able to hook into the database and generate custom reports coming from Connectwise.

  • I have been extremely impressed with N-Central management's willingness to help ensure our deployment is successful.
  • It's a good product once you get through the learning curve. The product admins are eager to make the product more effective and efficient at helping you manage your client's networks.
  • NCentral's features and automation capabilities are awesome, also the price is a really good deal.
  • Cons

  • Support has been very hit or miss and lately they have fallen into the "Miss" category. We had an issue where monitored services of a device were disappearing.
  • They are asking me to buy Licence’s and I have refused. We are social distancing and this has made it stressful for myself and my customers.
  • After using it for 3 years, N-Able was a frustrating experience.
