Personally I love it and would continue to use it but as we gain more and more users the price is becoming a serious bone of contention here.

Pricing was comfortably within budget for our small business. Positively recommend this for internal use or even for business to client use.

Support is great and very responsive. Platform integrates easily with other platforms for whitelabling purposes.

They have a great team, and are committed to helping their customers find success. We've gotten great feedback from our users.

Compared to the software we used before, Bloomfire is smart, easy to use and also really easy to update. Our teams love how smart the search is and like how easy it is to bookmark commonly used links.

There is no foreseeable way to download content onto an iPad Pro. Several of our clients are now using the iPad Pro and are struggling to use Bloomfire on their devices.

The ability to search different projects from other teams via this software was so helpful in guiding projects in initial phases.

I liked that you could see attached videos that others have put up to help demonstrate any objects we have.

Sometimes the link and videos that were previously searched to help employees with obstacles are hard to find.

I like all the features this has available for the individual employee. I also like the ease it has with time approval and change.

Expensive to customize and can be a bit frustrating if not customized. PeopleSoft can be built to work well with your company and the stock software can be frustrating without that custom investment.

Once you know the system well, it is very easy to build the report or journal entries for pretty much any requirements.

Like many suites of PeopleSoft, the integrations of self-service, reporting and rule-based time codes are well built.

The view Customer Account screen is awful. It doesn't follow the basic chart of accounts and order of credit/debits paid on students original balance.

The customer support is great and knowledgeable.

Have been using peoplesoft at a client site for AR monitoring and assessing credit applications. Very good upward and downward integrations with many give and get exchanges.

I like that on an individual perspective that you have access to your timecard, your PTO balance, benefit info, etc. As for time approval, it is also quick and efficient.

It helps to connect both the original PO to the invoice and then offsets once payment is completed. It has amazing reports that can be run project specific so you always know if you job is on budget.

This software is amazing to use, the ease of access and ability to get around on makes this a great tool for employee's to check banking/personal info.

Its an awesome application and with the required functionality to run the ERP.

In spite of the fact that this isn't always a bad thing, you must always stop working while technology specialists provide technical support, which is inconvenient at times.

It is not very intuitive depending how many contacts you have imported. It becomes very hard to search for someone based on first or last name only.

With the customization we had to do lots of regression testing when new updates came out. Sometimes this broke our customization and required much more work.

The features are often difficult to read and take time getting to know what exactly you are looking at.

I love how easy it is to find answers to all of my HR questions. I especially appreciate the ability to review/update/sign up for the benefits provided by my organization.
