  • Pros

  • Fully customizable, good automation and powerful workflows. Great reporting, Good "single pane of glass" software.
  • Flexible and very user friendly. We have utilized this module of the system now for over 2 years and we find it one of the best Asset Tracking systems attached to our helpdesk application.
  • Everyone was all great to work with and very accommodating to our requests. We have an excellent product at a very competitive price.
  • Cons

  • Only recently have they added time sheets, routing rules, and triggers. The reporting is poor as well with little options for custom reports.
  • I asked specifically if we need to back up any configurations before we do that and was told no that it should carry over. After the upgrade, none of the syncing configurations carried over.
  • You're limited to just the options they give you. Since it's web based they can't really customize anything directly for you because it will impact all of their customers.

  • When it worked properly, it was amazing. The UI made it very easy to deploy patching campaigns and I loved the dashboards showing patch compliance.
  • Implementation was easy, patching is a breeze, software deployment is improving, notifications and customization of queries and reporting has been fantastic.
  • Their customer service was also excellent. They were very quick to respond, always available to help, and good people all around.
  • Cons

  • Users have been disconnecting the session as that was the first time they saw that box and they panicked.
  • This may be operator error but there seems to be a gap in assessing and deploying patches to machines that need them.
  • Then, after the last update, it stopped. Also, I noticed that there was a box added to the recipents computer that shows when we connect and offers a disconnect option in the center of the screen.
