  • Pros

  • Expense tracking along with Visage Pulse. Excellent snapshot of how you are doing.
  • I am in communication with them daily and they are always responsive to questions. Another benefit is the cost savings we are realizing from their quarterly optimization recommendations.
  • Cons

  • It's a little hard to remember where to go for everything. I find myself looking around and choosing wrong areas for things I need to do at times.
  • Navigating the site can be confusing for employees. They tend to have questions about how to submit a request and how to pull a report.

  • With SysAid, we like the AD integration, Asset Inventory and cost.
  • The flexibility of the configuration, the automation, integrations and general ease of use are the aspects that we like most about Sysaid.
  • Cons

  • The main disadvantage is the insane price, because of which the product is simply not available to small teams.
  • But the problem comes when get tons of unneeded email. For example, I will close out a ticket (and get a message that the ticket is closed).
