We no longer  use the sales side - that didn't really work for our company - now just use the contacts, tasks, recording of data.

Not sure if it would stretch to bigger business due to limited functionality.

The free version was so restricted, it made it virtually useless.

The ability to plan & track activity for contacts is what attracted me to Capsule CRM. The feature to add Tracks to Leads is a winner.

Support staff are very quick to respond. The close links with Mailchimp and Zapier are great and really easy to merge different systems.

What initially attracted us to this CRM was its cost effectiveness. I was impressed by how easy it was to deploy and run.

The software is user friendly and the reminders are very helpful. This translates to increased efficiency.

Simplicity and functionality. Both web and smart phone apps have very good user interface and work very well.

So far very good experience. Good to have the interface with Freshbook which we also use.

The reporting is very light with no obvious integration offered and lack of user permissions a deal breaker.

The layout is clean and straightforward too - helps keep the focus on selling (your initial contact with prospects and the required follow up).

For last few years I had a problem with my comunication with old and new clients.

I love that the custome fields are easy to add, and the interface for the CRM is intuitive.

It is very unprofessional. The last version of this App does not include notifications when a new ticket arrives.

The only minus of the tool may be considered the complexity of it, when you are getting confused due to the large amount of projects.

Teamdesk was designed very nicely with simple UI yet very functional. Has successfully implemented the software with 80% of the workforce using it daily.

We start using this service, but now we are forced to continue with them because they have all our messages history.

The workflow is a bit confusing. I need more training on this.

It is the best project management system for the money that I could find. The mobile app could use some work and there are a few ways to polish the web app, but they are constantly improving it.

I absolutely love the product. I have been able to integrate with slack and forward all emails to the assigned ticket agent to their own channel.

I love that it all works together and sends you notifications for everything.

The only complaint I could think of, is sometimes when there are a lot of tickets open, Teamwork can be a bit slow to launch.

Good pricing - particularly the per-ticket model which works great for us as a startup. Great integration with email for some of our team who prefer to work in outlook.

The ability to add notes and notify a team member is also great and can be done without assigning the ticket to someone.

Best decision we ever made to use their suite of products. It's beyond nice to integrate your Help Desk with your Projects and now Chat.

The trail provides a lot of functionality and was easy to install and configure. The online YouTube videos help and are very informative.

Desk is price competitive. It is clear and easy to see where calls are at and who is responsible for tasks and tickets.

The customer service is excellent and the product is without a doubt the best in the industry. We couldn't work without it.

The support team is responsive and quick and the most important thing, it really helps to increase productivity.

There is always a delay when receiving the tickets on Teamwork Desk system. I get them minutes earlier via email notifications.
