Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's very easy to use, and the interface feels "light". There a lots of automation options which will make your customer success teams much more effective and recudes response times.

  • Intuitive interface Useful features Good customer service

  • Cons

  • I would like to have bulk selection enabled, this makes cleaning up casengo a little bit tedious. But that's a minor issue.

  • - Interface can use a little bit of tightening up, but you'll notice these small annoyances only when you use it a lot. Actually gave them some feedback that is taking in on the roadmap!

  • Pros

  • Ele é muito leve e fácil de se utilizar, quando você se conecta remoto com alguma outra máquina ele não fica com delay

  • It's excellent very fast and very useful. I love the quality with which you work because it is the right one to work with.

  • Cons

  • Teamviewer is a great application but when compared to the alternatives out its pricing is just to high for my liking.

  • Great tool but very expensive specially for small companies which have few clients and would want to cut down on cost of travelling to customers site and give technically support.
