Since the pricing structure for Nimble is pretty simple, you can a great CRM for a really great price, and its API is great.

If you have large database of contacts then it will sometimes becomes headache for you because it fails to upload your all contacts.

The true gem in the nimble structure is their support staff. They truly can take any situation and make you feel like it can be handled.

This one has been super easy to use and helps keep us organized. Integration into Office 365 was helpful as well.
