  • Pros

  • What I liked most about Monday is that it is super user friendly. Synchs to user emails to ensure messages/updates are received.
  • It has a beautiful UI which is user-friendly. I love the timeline view and the integration center is amazing and user friendly.
  • Cons

  • The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
  • My team hates it, they find it confusing; I disagree. They do not like the layout and find it confusing to navigate through.

  • The user-interface is very well thought out and is a pleasure to use. But it doesn't end there.
  • It allows creating a good knowledge base quite quickly and can be quickly integrated in the application. Text formatting options allow highlight certain points, which is nice.
  • Cons

  • Some users submit questions with mistypes which can lead to zero search results. However, I am constantly checking the failed searches and adding them as keywords to the articles.
  • I was an early adopter of SH. Purchasing perpetual access to a limited version of the app for a one-time fee.
