Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Easy to use and very helpful. Made our lives much simpler.

  • I like that fact you can make codes and have them scanned. I love how easy the interface is and how you can bundle items into groups.

  • Cons

  • A little slow to find your inventory at first but when you get used to using it really is easy.

  • The interface could be a little more user friendly I may be missing a easy search feature. Also UI options were hidden a bit but once found helped greatly.

  • Pros

  • They did and do exactly what they said they would, in the amount of time that they said they would do it and there were no hidden fees. The service is great. The quality rocks!

  • Mobile app is easy to navigate, never gives me any trouble.

  • Cons

  • Nextiva only had a few hit or miss moments in which case operations were suspended during heavy traffic times. Other than that, it is a great service they provide.

  • There are cheaper chat tools in the market but we prefer to use a higher quality service to ensure the best experience for our customers. It’s just better for everyone that way.
