Their solution makes remote access very easy and seamless

This product has a security first approach to remote access. Their console and UI is modern as well as the remote connection having zero latency.

Cons

I wish they supported more operating systems

Best remote service I've used yet

Pros

Their ease of deployment is easily my favorite feature right now. I can deploy the agent on a computer in under a minute and that really increases my productivity. Their support is also top notch, one of the best I've ever dealt with. I had a bug and an engineer direct messaged me and spent his day fixing it for me. Crazy good team!

Cons

The software is very clearly still under development. Currently, the lack of settings to change the blur they use to compensate for potential lag is annoying. Their fantastic customer support tells me they will be changing this in the near future. I have absolutely no doubt they will continue to support this software and turn it into something even more amazing.

Fast remote connectivity for quick support

When we looked at FleetDeck, speed of access was the main thing we were focused on. Budgetary considerations also played a role.

Pros

The ease of use is great and functionality over land bandwidth availability works very well.

Cons

Limited windows support and no support for Linux or Mac.

Great product, worth giving a shot too!!

I'm super-pleased with it, it does my remote logins, the price is outstanding and managing/connecting to my fleet is simple, it does what it's supposed to do!

Pros

I love the easy access to my fleet and how few problems I have connecting to customers from anywhere with an internet connection

Cons

No file transfer function, but that's more for when I'm doing and sending personal files back and forth to myself.....and it takes a bit of getting used to the screen occasionally getting grainy when you overtax the connection

Team Viewer was too expensive and kept logging me out on the user side making it useless

Great WIP Product

Experience is great. I've mainly used it for testing purposes with machines on-site, but for the few machines I've used for clients, it's been fantastic.

Pros

The main pro about this software is the remote control aspect. It is by far the smoothest remote connection I have ever experienced, far superior to that of Teamviewer, Screenconnect or Logmein. The simple UI makes it very easy for daily use as well.

Cons

Mainly the lack of support for older operating systems, and other tools such as remove event viewer and registry editor, although as it's still in active development, I feel that there is major potential.

It's been great so far!

Perfect for the IT Pro Who Supports Family and Friends

This lets me have inexpensive and bare essential remote management of my friends' and family's devices. They call me for help when things go wrong. But now, I can try to catch things before they go wrong. It's wonderful.

Pros

The ease at getting the software installed can't be beat. The remote console and remote access, you can't get that anywhere else at this price point.

Cons

Limited OS support at the moment, but I've been told this will improve in the future.
