I had a bug and an engineer direct messaged me and spent his day fixing it for me. Crazy good team! Cons: The software is very clearly still under development. Currently, the lack of settings to change the blur they use to compensate for potential lag is annoying. Their fantastic customer support tells me they will be changing this in the near future.
