We are lucky that we have an all Mac fleet, but the combination of Fleetsmith and all Macs is a delightful IT deployment environment.

The support team via tickets or in Slack are super helpful, responsive, and all around a great group of people to help out if needed.

Very strong MDM solution - but scalability can be hard with complex needs/environments.

The biggest issues I have encountered come with the implementation of profiles in FS and the lack of custom package deployment.

As for the applications catalog, it's got some standards in there, but it is very limited.

Lack of integration with volume app purchasing, and the sale of the product to Apple which resulted in massive loss of functionality.

Pricing is very attractive (free) with less than 10 assets, impossible to beat.

The ease of completing tasks such as archiving, reports and application integration make Fleetsmith fun to use. The solution is stable and free of any annoying lag or sync issues.

Lack of functions we have a lot of suggestion to a product that we want to see in future.

I generally have had a great experience using Fleetsmith at SunFunder. The user interface now looks pretty cool.

Profiles are easy to setup and it does help to get started very quickly. Installation is also very straightforward which is GREAT as opposed to some other tools we assessed.

The software is the perfect balance of enterprise ready and user friendly - almost zero setup time, easy to manage and keep running smoothly.

They are constantly working on new features and hopefully they tackle some of the biggest feature requests soon but it's the best value for money for SMB that I've ever worked with.

The ability to deploy a number of key pieces of software from their catalog was great and there we some good levels of control over device settings including key escrow for disk encryption.

The on-boarding process is made significantly easier. When the security of some apps is compromised Fleetsmith takes quick action to ensure safety of its users, like recently with Zoom.

There is no roadmap from Apple to say what the plans are.

I've been happy with the basic uses of Fleetsmith and the team is amazing.

I really love Fleetsmith's UI and ease of use. No training is required to figure out how Fleetsmith works.

Easy to setup, Excellent support, great concepts how do mundane tasks in a fun way.

Fleetsmith has great integration with GSuite and a clear and straightforward management dashboard to deploy and manage assets.

After being acquired by Apple, App management disappeared and made it a poor product.

Overall, Fleetsmith has been great to work with. Product support is responsive and friendly.

If you ever tried finding MDM software for company computers, you will understand why I love the product so much. Super easy, super effective and completely secure.

The inability to view installed applications per device. Not able to audit users & groups within each device.

It's great for us because we don't have a lot of users on macs and it is a great way to organize our inventory for them there.

The UI is good and getting started is really easy. Having lots of integrations is really nice too.

Honestly, I love the color schemes. It makes it very easy to use because of bold colors.

It has a lot of integration options (e.g., create tasks from Outlook email -- which is quite nice).

Wrike allowed me to structure my tasks and to follow my progress in the projects. This allows for better time management and the effect of the work accomplished is very beneficial.

Lastly,​ if it's​ not working out for you cancel the auto-renewal​ ASAP.

What I really hated about Wrike is how user unfriendly it is.

It's by far the best platform on the market- we looked at over ten. Great for creatives; love the Adobe Creative Cloud integration.

It is a very good tool to do collaborative work, we like it because it focuses on improving communication and keeping everyone attentive and integrated into the projects.

Overall I am happy, just reduce the cost and the reporting section and we would have a winning software.

I like that wrike provide us functions and tools to work in a easy way, I like that those functions with the graphic interface works really good and I like that you can use them to upgrade your work.

Wrike has come a long way and continues to grow. The fact that they start you off with very good features for free is a testament to their commitment to their user base.

Zero cost entry into project collaboration and organisation. Wrike is more powerful than Asana here because it does more for a lot less.

I like that I am abke to track time, issue and cost spent on projects in real-time with Wrike.

The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal.

We were very happy to see Wrike had a friendly and very usable interface that non-PM focused users could interact with easily.

The fact that I have to go into a submenu to close the panel is ridiculous.

Wrike was an awesome tool and allowed me to interact with other departments in such a smart way. The features offered made communication seamless and ensured that nothing fell through the cracks.

There was SO much on Wrike that it became hard to use and intimidating.

It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.

There are some great features and modules. I think the software is capable of being a great tool in project management.

Expensive,  They offer NO REFUNDS, NO CREDIT, NO Contract options.

I really enjoyed some of the unique features like the robust reporting and the apps/integrations. The UI was also pleasant.

Annotating repetitive tasks is the best thing that I have experienced so far. Additionally, it is easy to track progress of work with Wrike.

I've been very sad and puzzled at the disconnect from what project planning and project management is, and the lack of desire to connect or find a solution for prospective customers.

A great do it all, would be the perfect tool if it wasn't for the price and reliability of the app.

Some limited features access the other management tools and need to pay for more use.

Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.

The ease of use and access remotely and that I can get reports on each campaign from one soucre. It really save tome and money.

This software is great for collaborating on tasks with other colleagues. I like that I can set deadline dates and update the task anytime I want and the changes will be tracked.

It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.

The software is good, and we like the desktop user interface. The business has improved project management overall, and it was generally easy to implement.

Compared to nearly every other project management platform I've used it's by far the one with the worst UX.

The free option is very limited. No time tracking, no option for subtasks, and very limited storage included in.

Improved visualization of the actual workload capacity of the team. Folders can be created which are dedicated to be shared only with relevant team members.

The team at Wrike was so helpful getting us up and running and were very attentive to our needs. The software is easy to use, and provides great visibility on projects.

There isn't really a feature in Wrike I'd like to highlight, I think they're all awesome.

There is no warning system that reminds you of your pending tasks, and you only see them if you go into the app.

I like the waterfall management interface of Wrike. It also has a comprehensive pricing charts and nice third party apps integrations.

The customer service was good with an employee doing an initial walkthrough.

I like the reports and timetables that we can cooperate on preparing, which are effective and accurately express the percentage of completion of the project.

Another thing I like is the easiest way that Wrike integrates with other tools or apps like google, word, and excel.

Creation of workflow/roadmaps is very user friendly. Preset/automated workflow for frequently repeated tasks is very helpful.

An amazing tool to assist the team solve difficulties and plan ahead of time.

The ability to customize each step of the workflow is most important for us. And the fact that customer service is always available, quick and willing to help, has made all the difference.
