Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This is an amazing app! I Love this app. so much. I can easily work anytime anywhere just using my mobile phone.

  • Simplified and easy to handle for beginners as well. Interface and color is very good, more ever very reasonable for price.

  • Cons

  • The only thing I would change is the interface seems a little dated. With that its still easy to use and accessible

  • Although the interface is clean and simple, I personally find it a little too simple occasionally. Configuring the email side of it is not as simple as you would like if you are using office 365.

  • Pros

  • We evaluated several products however this one had it all. It was easy to purchase, configure and implement. Has great reporting features and dashboards.

  • The system is very intuitive and user friendly. I like the idea that users can open a ticket only via the e-mail.

  • Cons

  • The only issues I would say crop up sometimes is support. On the occasion that I run into an issue, I have had trouble getting the support I need.

  • It sometimes feels cluttered but there are so many features we have enabled, I'm not sure if it's possible to avoid the clutter.
