  • Pros

  • The asset probe is super helpful for managing the fleet coupled with the new Procurement section makes tracking purchased assets and monthly reporting supper helpful.
  • The large range of options particularly for creating custom categories and the reporting features are very useful and provide clear indications of good progress.
  • The features and integrations are powerful, and the reporting engine is great for tracking the performance of your IT service delivery. The customer support is also excellent.
  • Cons

  • Its too expensive then other software. No other least about the software to complain about.
  • Lack of remote service integration unlike Freshdesk. Lack of customization for Canned Response placeholder.
  • Lack of customisation on forms and categories - I cant change labels etc.

  • Can be slow or unresponsive at times, which can be frustrating.
  • Consequently, some functionalities are occasionally missing.
  • No good connectors, configuring connection with SCCM was a struggle. No possibility to email updates from incidents to customer.
