Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is simple! You log in and boom you are up and running. GIVA is direct and succinct. That's all for now...

  • It is Mobile friendly. Works on iPhone and android. It is Web based. I can login anywhere from my browser and process the ticket. Easy to use and fast.

  • Cons

  • Nothing to complain about. We are very pleased.

  • scrolling to enter data. from field to field (this is only happens when you enter lots of data that you will really need to scroll down to go to another field. )

  • Pros

  • It is easy to work with, very versitile and love the customer service.

  • It's great! It's always easy to log in, simple to navigate, customizable... Love it!

  • Cons

  • - lack of language supported (only English) - Support on Apple is not as good (some features not working) - Support from Maximizer is good, but it might come with a charge

  • Some functions aren't intuitive, so it takes some learning to be able to fully utilize the product.
