We use the Knowledgebase a great deal. It is easy to use and allows us keep a very high first call resolution.

We never heard of Giva before, but we were very impressed when we did a deep dive and thorough 30-day trial.

Giva helps IT deliver excellent customer satisfaction to our users.

We like the multiple independent service desk function and may deploy it to other departments like Customer Service and HR to get the same benefits that we’ve realized in IT.

I don't like change, and when new releases come out (about once per month), I weep a bit while I adjust. However, the releases are all backward-compatible have never caused us a problem.

We compared Giva to KACE 1000 by Quest, Spiceworks, AutoTask and others. Giva’s user interface is considerably more elegant, well designed and easy to look at all day.

When there was a change in the ticket screen that was not optimal, they fixed it in just a few weeks.

Our IT and Facilities staff and 400 employees are very happy with Giva.

It is super easy to get up and running right “out of the box. There is depth to the configuration options, but it’s presented in a way that’s incremental and easy to understand.

We worked together on the AD integration and found the support team quite helpful and eager to ensure our needs were met.

There are not any aspects of Giva that we don't like right now. They keep on releasing new features almost every month.

Well maybe one item but not a major concern of mine. It's the fact they don't have a customer support line.

We looked at many different options and were happy to learn that we could do so much customization with Giva. It’s easy to get actionable information out of Giva; other systems have a lot of friction.

We were able to replace another Facilities software application with Giva and save more money. The Reports are super easy to run and provide excellent insights.

The HIPAA compliant application is very user friendly which allowed us to quickly roll out the employee self-service portal to 900 people with limited training.

There is so much value in Giva that it was easy to get it approved.

The Reports and Dashboards are excellent. We got HIPAA compliance for a great price with great functionality.

It is a good, stable, basic help desk software application that is not over-burdened with complex configuration and setup.

The biggest obstacle for me is the mount of data entry and customization to make it flow for our company.

I bought the program 2+ years ago and still struggle just to open the program and load my data. I have a problems with it every few months.

Excellent value for the cost. Powerful - will do all that I need for marketing and sales, plus more.

It is SO busy that it is difficult to use the tab after tab function leaves lots of sub levels un informed.

The outlook integration is an excellent feature, and we can save all our correspondence to the data base. We send a newsletter to all our clients through  maximizer which is very easy to do.

It needs to be upgraded a little to have the updated look of a current software. The data from way back is hard to track.

I think this product is more suited for small to medium size businesses. They have been in the CRM business for 25+ years, they know their product well.

It is a nice software solution with typical contact management features. Add contacts, set follow-ups, track opportunities, send e-mails.

I have used it personally for 25 years. I saw them migrate to the cloud and enjoy using at home, office and from my phone.

I haven’t really use this software a lot so I can’t really say a lot of things that I dislike about the software.

It was one of the first CRMS I used, I found it very useful and not too hard to maintain.

Now they are trying to coral their customers into the cloud. What once was an iconic product is now  unstable  that will make you regret your purchase and  be on the look for a replacement.

Revenue doesn't accept a negative value making it impossible to use the reports.

It's such a complicated product that I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to a special company that only works on Maximizer. The customer support is lousy.

It's been excellent, the customer service is great and the program is overall very easy to use.

So many features that it takes a while to master. Highly customizable and relatively easy to use for most users.

We ended up moving to a different CRM due to lack of integration with other apps and a partnership with a company that used a different CRM.

It knows the business, hands down the best product in the field. The feature set is amazing and you can track yours customer very easily.

Lack of integration with gmail and google calendar.

It will freeze up and boot me out so I have to sig back in. Not too sure if this may be a connection problem or a problem with the system itself.

No ability to search within calendar, cannot create recurring tasks, customer service is severely lacking.
