At the first trial of this product, it wasn't horrible.

Software easy to use and very reliable. Customer service is excellent.

It was so useful that I stayed with the company even as prices went higher.

Makes working from home during covid 19 times an ease even with multiple screens. It's secure with dual authentication.

The application is slow and laggy even with high-speed internet on both ends (local and connected computer). This makes working remotely very frustrating.

GoToMyPC is a great software platform for remotely logging into your desktop or laptop as it is easy to use and works well.

I don't like the fact the application isn't advertised locally around the community. I would prefer that other people use the application too so I can see it works from some one else.

It fit the need for a period of time until we found an integrated solution with the MDM tool we standardized on.

The price was higher than what we wanted to pay for how often we would use this software. So we went another direction.

The connection is usually very stable and once you get familiar with the SW, it becomes a second nature to use. It's one of the industry veterans, so the solution is pretty robust and reliable.

Easy setup, quick connection even with the slow connection on one end (cellphone data), able to get the job done.I just started with free trial 2 hours ago, already impressed.

Sometimes if the software is not setup right on the work computer then the connection will fail. Which would mean you might not be able to connect when you want.

Freedom to work reliably and comfortably away from the office together with an affordable price and  the quick support I got when needed makes me an enthusiastic customer.

Being able to also use the mouse share and be able to use it smoothly, is awesome as well.

Our office can experience power outages during bad weather or high winds (we are located in Oklahoma) and I am unable to remote in if power has been lost at the desktop.

I like that I can log in and see my desktop at the office exactly as I left it. It's easy to locate all the things I need to use and switch  between my two screens.

This software makes it easy for me and my customers connect to their office from wherever they like. It is secure easy to setup and it works.

Overall Gotomypc is definitely a robust remote connectivity solution, but the pricing and the outdated UI makes it not the first choice for many people.

I love how quickly I can access my work desktop in a single doubleclick of an icon on my home PC.

This product is fairly easy to use. There is a file transfer option which would be useful if my company allowed for file transfers to personal computers.

The thing I love about this software is that I can connect to my desktop from anywhere that has WiFi.

GoToMyPC is such a great tool, aside from using GoToAssist this is also a great addition if you desire more detailed information on your computer or computer that is inter connected to your network.

I have access to everything I need. The activity log is great for helping to log hours worked or review activity.

It's easy to use and VERY convenient. Gives me freedom to travel for fun and not miss anything at the office.

Some low-level-help is available but useless. Sometimes bugs and crashes.

No matter where you are, you can access your computer, and its operation has been super as long as there's a strong network.

I used it for a few months when I had to work from home. My biggest problem was with printing, it was a bit confusing and I would often print to the wrong printer.

Once installed, it's a turn key solution to allow for remote desktop access. We used these on windows machines and it made it quite easy to access from wherever we were.

It hangs when on a bad network and will make me restart the software again. Asides this issue, I don't think there's anything to dislike about this software.

I switch between printing to my printer and printing to a PDF. It's a little cumbersome to pick your print driver before each use, but that would be my biggest complaint.

Quick to deploy and ease of for end user. Our staff find their connected computer just a fast as our inhouse system.

I love this product because I can work from wherever I am physically located. I would hope that the owners of this software lower the price so that many other lower paid individuals can utilize it.

Sometimes client lost connection to the server, and you receive a message that computer is offline.

From start to finish , contacted helpdesk , super fast reply , purchase was very easy , price was amazing and download and set up was easy.

The presentation of the remote screen, Mac as remote and PC as host, was clear, responsive and uncluttered. I can see it will take a while and some more coaching to fully understand and operate.
