  • Pros

  • Help scout is very user friendly , customer support is very efficient and feels like one to one interaction. The chat option is the best feature for real time support.
  • A very Nice clean board that is very functional. Have used it for multiple aspects of the business and it does a solid job of it all.
  • Cons

  • I hate its search because it is ridiculously stupid. You can't find what you need, keywords don't work etc.
  • It's really difficult to spice things up for the customer.

  • Teamdesk was designed very nicely with simple UI yet very functional. Has successfully implemented the software with 80% of the workforce using it daily.
  • I love that it all works together and sends you notifications for everything.
  • Cons

  • It is very unprofessional. The last version of this App does not include notifications when a new ticket arrives.
  • The only minus of the tool may be considered the complexity of it, when you are getting confused due to the large amount of projects.
