Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love it. Easy to set up and use. I especially like the way it looks like on our website - I was able to set it up exactly like I wanted.

  • I love the live chat widget and the popups. Very easy to setup and to find your way around the dashboard.

  • Cons

  • A few improvments can be introduced the mobile user experiences but these are not critical at all

  • I would love to have a more advanced reporting per agent, but the way it's handled now is fine too

  • Pros

  • The lay-out of the tool is very clear and user friendly.

  • Love that I can set up unattended Acces for computers!! make by job much easier for computers off domain and off site.

  • Cons

  • Pricing is a little steep, but you get what you pay for. It's a good product and you will pay more for it.

  • Not much I don't like about this software. It is very easy to use, as long as the user has internet connection you're good to go.
