My only major complain is that the desktop version is very limited in capabilities. Constantly being online for the full product is not always an option.

Highrise is economical and provides many good features. The program allows for ease in putting in contacts and notes.

Also ,a surprisingly complete version on mobile,which helps you make dynamic changes in real time. It is reasonably priced and easy to work it.

I like that with it you can prioritize files. The Customer Service is always quick to respond and resolve issues.

This is/was a terrific starter CRM. It even supports autosave so you don't lose notes.

Lack of updates and financial tracking. Disappointed that they are not continuing.

There were no levels of permissions for our users. This meant that everyone had the capability to change or edit items accidentally.

You just set it up and are good to go with using it.

It also integrates your template emails ,which is amazingly useful when planning your campaigns.

I find it somewhat difficult when I forget someone name and there's no company association, it can take some time to look through all the Bob's in the database.

Great Price and Great functionality - Hard to Navigate at first.

It used to interface with gmail but has now stopped that and will no longer receive upgrades, which is a shame.

Countless controls and functions and sections and definitions and miserable standard of support meant it was shelved within a few months.

I love the many options you get when you use the software, The emailing system could be better, but honestly it gets the job done for the price. You can save templates and store databases as well.

I liked that you could use the web and use an APP for connecting to computers. I liked that I coudl use my cell phone app to connect when away from my PC.

Price is good for small office with limited computers. Works with all browsers that I have tried it with, although some better than others.

We started with LogMeIn when it was a free service and purchased a volume license since we had about 70 computers to use LogMeIn for tech support.

I only dislike that you have to pay for it...but that's silly. These guys deserve more money.

There are 2 autentifications. First to LogMeIn and the second to the host, which sometimes is little annoying.

Nothing about the software, usually bad experiences were due to slow internet connections.

During this pandemic I can work from home and still be able to access my computer and all my things on it. Its is easy to log in and easy to maneuver around.

When it was working, it was reliable and easy to use. It allows for a full takeover of a computer remotely.

The software does remote desktop well; the resolution is good and even some of the remote management for Windows computer is beneficial.

The only thing I don't like about log me in, is that I worry someone in the office can see me accessing my screen while not there.

I like how easily you can remotely control your devices with LogMeIn Central. Is pretty straightforward to use, and with high performance for the low resources it requires.

After a problem caused by a bad Windows update, I needed a way to remotely administer my servers while away from the office.

Sometimes the delay time is a bit annoying as it takes longer for things to load while remoting into someone's pc periodically.

There is no way I could do my job without accessing a client's computer.

It has a great remote access feature that is really simple for people with even the smallest amount of computer knowledge to give access to their computer for IT issues and demonstrations.

Their customer service is very difficult to work with, they are a bit curt and can come off as rude.
