  • Pros

  • What I like most about Intercom is that it makes conversing with our customers super easy.
  • It's so powerful and easy to use. It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes messages get lost and its tough to find the message trail of particular string. Sometimes unable to identify customers.
  • It can be confusing to use. The API CAN be confusing at first since there is a lot of terminology they use.

  • I love it because I can wander the classroom, keep a better eye on what my students are doing while going over the notes. My classroom management has improved and the student engagement has improved.
  • Easy to purchase, easy to deploy, easy to use, great price.
  • Cons

  • I had to contact support multiple times to trouble shoot why the software wasn’t working with my surface pro. They cater more to Apple products.
  • Occasionally I have trouble with the remote printing function.
